Canadian Agri-Food Trade Alliance: (CAFTA) is a coalition of national organizations that support a more open and fair-trading environment for agriculture and agri-food. Our members represent farmers, producers, processors, and exporters from the major trade-dependent sectors, including beef, pork, meat, grains, cereals, pulses, soybeans, canola, sugar, malt, and processed food industries. Together, we account for 90% of Canada’s agri-food exports, about $50 billion in exports and an economic activity that supports over a million jobs in urban and rural communities across Canada.
